Biography:
Dawn began practicing yoga and meditation to relieve her migraines.  At times, the pain was so unbearable she had thoughts of giving up and committing suicide.  Dawn ultimately healed herself by learning holistic techniques through acupuncture, yoga, meditation, fitness and nutrition. Turning her pain into passion, she was inspired to become a certified Yoga instructor, Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.
 
In 2014, Dawn left the corporate world and started Self Reboot to teach others the benefits of yoga and meditation and how to manage stress and avoid stress-related illness.  Dawn has 12 years of teaching experience and has rebooted over 150 companies in the tri-state area.

Chairperson, Archer & Greiner's Labor & Employment Department
Biography:
Peter L. Frattarelli is the Chairperson of Archer & Greiner’s Labor & Employment Department. He regularly represents management and employers in labor and employment litigation and proceedings. Peter has extensive experience defending employers and individuals against harassment, discrimination, whistleblower and retaliation lawsuits. Peter also has a deep labor law background, including the defense and prosecution of unfair labor practice charges, as well as representing employers involved in union election campaigns. He has also successfully represented employers in legal proceedings seeking to enjoin union picketing.  Peter’s labor law experience includes the defense of employee grievances filed before neutral arbitrators.  He also has represented management during union collective bargaining agreements for private and public sector employers.

Dr. David Nill
Chief Medical Officer Officer, Cerner
Biography:
David is board-certified in Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. David is interested in transforming health delivery, expanding the medical home model and improving the consumer experience. His clinical interests include sports medicine and improvement of health status, with emphasis on healthy lifestyle change for members. 

Currently, David serves on the board of directors for the Lewis and Clark Health Information Exchange and the First Hand Foundation. He is a co-chair of the Business Group on Health’s Cost and Delivery Institute and participates in the Health Innovation Forum.  He received his medical degree from the University of Missouri’s six-year medical program and completed his residency in Family Medicine at the Mayo Clinic.

"Learn from a Chief medical Officer How to Build a Well-being Plan that will Reduce Benefit Cost"
Dr. David Nill, Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Cerner Healthe Institute will be presenting on how targeted population health strategies allow organizations to take control of increasing health plan spend while maximizing clinical, experiential, and financial outcomes.  Showcasing real results from case studies, Dr. Nill will focus on strategies such as:
  • Utilizing a data-driven approach to close gaps in care for the organization, employees, and their families.
  • Providing access to primary care (on-site, shared-site, and virtual) to treat the individual holistically.
