During registration, Innovative will be offering complimentary biometric screenings and breakfast, while attendees will have time to visit with vendors.

"Awakening Well-Being in the Workplace Through a Justice and Healing Centered Lens"
​​This session will explore 5 key areas of wellness that support a healthy life-work balance and address the stress of shifting and uncertain times. Participants will reflect on their current state of harmony and practice tools to create life-affirming shifts toward connection, vibrancy and balance. We will explore how Mindfulness can be used to support effective leadership and address bias to cultivate cultures of connection and inclusion.
  • Identify 5 key areas of wellness
  • Understand the role self-awareness plays in leadership
  • Learn practices that support healing mind, body and spirit
  • Understand how Mindfulness can be used as a tool to​ address implicit bias

Break/Health Fair/Biometric Screening Results Review
There will be a 30 minute break following the first speaker's presentation. Attendees will have the opportunity to visit vendors and review their biometric screening results.

Lunch/Health Fair/ Biometric Screening Reviews
There will be an hour break following the breakout session. Attendees will have the opportunity to visit vendors, network, have lunch, and review their biometric screening results.

  • Kate Siano: "How to Lead with Intention & Influence"
Leadership is defined as having the ability to positively influence others. To "Lead with Influence" means developing the habit of being intentional. Using practices that are grounded in neuroscience and positive psychology, these life practices are simple, enjoyable, and produce evidence based results. Leaders can become positive influencers by applying the PERMA-H culture model and create an environment for their teams and business to flourish.
