Dawn Lorentz will instruct a live yoga class, "Slow Flow and Let Go". 
Begin your day feeling calm and rejuvenated with a soothing yoga class.  This class focuses on breathing, alignment, basic postures and ends with a guided mediation.

Attendees are asked to login at 9:30am to navigate the virtual platform.  There will also be a number of virtual exhibitors with various products and services available to visit throughout the day. ​
